Mountain Route, Stage 4: Travel Guide Veľká Javorina - Inovec
Your bike adventure continues with crossing the Váh valley. At the Stage no. 4, you will enjoy long downhill on paved roads from the White Carpathians down to Nové Mesto nad Váhom and after chilling out at Zelená Voda lake a gradual ascent to Považský Inovec Mountains.
The first part of this stage is a long, 6,5-km long descent on asphalt road from your accommodation at Holubyho Chata under Veľká Javorina mountain down to Cetuna village. If you are already thirsty here, refresh yourself at the County and Western Saloon Cetuna.
After crossing a few more villages and a ride on tarmac roads with moderate downhill, you will arrive to Nové Mesto nad Váhom. In this pleasant town, you can fill in your supplies and to take a rest at nice square or in the parks. If you prefer to swim, continue another few kilometres out of town to the Zelená Voda (“Green Water”) lake.
